Refer companies to WageGate and earn commission on every verification they run.
WageGate Partner Agreement * ▼
  1. Revenue Share. Partner earns 10% of each verification payment for valid referrals processed through WageGate.
  2. Payment Terms. Commissions are paid monthly for balances over $50. Balances below $50 roll over to the following month.
  3. Referral Tracking. WageGate provides each partner a unique referral code and link. Commissions are attributed solely via this code.
  4. Non-Exclusivity. This agreement is non-exclusive. Partner may simultaneously promote or work with other services.
  5. Prohibited Conduct. Partner may not use spam, false advertising, misleading claims, or deceptive practices when promoting WageGate.
  6. Data Privacy. Partner must not collect, store, or resell any end-client data obtained through the WageGate platform.
  7. Regulatory Compliance. Partner is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  8. Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Earned commissions are paid out upon termination.
  9. Intellectual Property. All WageGate branding, trademarks, and materials remain the exclusive property of WageGate Inc.
  10. Indemnification. Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WageGate from any claims arising from partner's actions or omissions.
  11. Limitation of Liability. WageGate's total liability shall not exceed commissions paid to partner in the 30 days prior to the claim.
  12. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  13. Modifications. WageGate may update these terms at any time with 14 days' notice sent to the partner's registered email address.
